Don't be silly!! I know Hirst Arts moulds very well. My game is entirely free to download, there are no toes to step on in here.

Yes i have seen this model before and ive already also told ss95 that the colours are weird.
Also i doubt its made out of Lego as it is quite detailed

heres the first ever model of stalag luft 111 Been a while since ive posted here, almost a year Just wanted to say that I recently went on a battlefield tour with Leger holidays which included a visit to the remains of Stalag Luft III as well as Colditz ;D www.leger.co.uk/battlefields/gcz.aspxThe remains were quite alot better than I expected all the foundations are still there with the foot high brick stilts. When you get to the theatre there is acctually a pile of yellow sand which goes quite deep down. As well as that we walked right through the coolers. The floor is exactly as depicted in the film and is just plain concerete. You only relise how small these rooms really were. I mean after the escape when each room had 3 or more people in there it must have been hell. Ive taken a piece of the cooler floor as a souvineer. Our guide was exellent, there were a few Americans on our tour and just to prove how gullable they are: Our Guide said to the Americans : "If you look very closely you can still see the ball marks on the floor " Americans: "Really, quick get a picture!" So funny, so very very funny. I tell you what though if anyone plans on going to Colditz dont bother. Because it is in Germany they are trying to do their best to hide what went on there. In my opinion theyve disneyfied it. Theyve painted all the walls pale yellow, pale pink and white. You cant go in any of the rooms exept the chaple as theyve ripped them all out. The guide you get round the castle is german and talks utter crap. The gift shop is something you'd see in a small village, and sells teddy bears. Even though the German people are a fairly nice bunch, I really do think they have to get over the fact of destroying everything from it. However one thing that really pissed me off!(exuse my french) was when we went to Dressden, the place which got bombed to smithereens they kept the bombed out church up to remember the dead. So they dont keep anything commemorating the allies, yet they keep things for the germans. Anyway, the point of quoting ss95's post was to say that the model shown in the picture is acctually in the Stalag Luft III museum, its a bloody huge great thing. Also they have a working tunnel their built by the Polish which is exellent, its just below surface and has a see-through top so people can see you going through. Its quite funny acctually. As well as that they have a replica of a "Goon Box" which is at quite a height. So anyway, thats my mini review on Stalag Luft III and Colditz castle. Hope you enjoyed reading it. P.S. Went wall chipping one night in Berlin, £3.00 a piece
