The board has been designed to A1 size - UK paper size.
A1 is 8 times larger that A4 (US letter equivalent).
The downloadable pdf is set up as 8 pages A4.
If you click 'fit to page' when you print then it should print out perfectly even if you are using US letter page setting.
Print the pages out - trim the white edges off using a guilotine or a ruler and sharp knife - and then mount the pages onto a large (A1) piece of card or foam board.
