What do you do with cards like 'Tailor' or 'Tunnel King' when the Vorlager is cleared early on the turn of the German Action card?
When the Vorlager is cleared - for any cards that have associated miniatures (stooge, penguin, Scrounger etc) the miniature is placed in the Appell ground.
Any cards that are also POW Action cards (Scrounger, Tailor, Forger, Big X, Tunnel King, Manufacturer) are placed face up on the POW Action card discard pile
This means they may become available before the end of the day - but not immediately.
